STEPS TO DETECT A LEAK
- Detect if there is or not a leak, doing this we won’t break unnecessarily expensive sidewalks or tiles but if there is we localize the closest location to it.
- If there is a leak , we try to find it using different methods and instruments depending on the place, circumstances, building type , land, environmental noise, water volume, etc.
- When the leak is localized ,the gravity of it is valued and proceed to cut off water provision, just if it is possible to do.
- When it is not possible to cut off water in some cases we freeze the pipes and repair them.
- If the leaking pipe or the leak is under the ground, we drilled the land with a depth scanner and discovered with pneumatic hammers or appropriate equipment.
- The tube is prepared adjusting it for its immediate repair with best quality equipment and the repairing would be done in two ways, or provisional or definitive.
- Once the fault is repaired, the water tightness will be verified and the valve of the water will be opened and the service will be started again.
- In case of needing a report the failure for the insurance company or similar, it will be emitted with an additional cost of 60 euros with out photography support; only if the amount of the total is over 2000 euros the report will be free.
- In case of not having a leak, the costs of all the services will be paid, since the works search made by the workers have been the same and that way it has been able to reach the conclusion that there is no leak.
